Probate & No Will Estate Services
- Expert legal advice for probate matters (where there is a will) or letters of administration (where there is no, or a deficient will)
- If required, we will completely handle uplifting the original will from the solicitor holding it. No direct communication with them by you is necessary
- A smooth and efficient process for estate administration
- Guiding you with care and compassion right from the time of your loved one's passing until the end of the Court process
- Your matter will always be conducted by the solicitor in the matter and not delegated to office staff
- We can act as attorneys for foreign applicants for Grants. Note: this may incur additional fees

- With our expertise in estate litigation, we know exactly how to create a will that will stand up to challenges
- We tailor each will to your unique circumstances, whether it's straightforward or involves testamentary trusts and/or supporting statements ('s.100' statements)
- You’ll receive a solicitor-drafted and witnessed will, offering the full presumptions of ‘capacity’ and ‘knowledge and approval’—protections that ordinary wills, without a solicitor witness, might not provide
- We complete the package with the often-overlooked but essential power of attorney and enduring guardianship documents
